We have found that quality can only be achieved when each employee takes responsibility for the look, specifications, and critical measurements of each of the parts we manufacture. Our shift supervisors maintain our customers' product specifications by adhering to our Mold Records and Inspection Sheet. Our Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing that supervisors follow proper procedures for each and every job running on their shifts. Our Quality Manager has responsibility for assuring final product quality. Every employee is mindful of our mission statement and committed to following the quality procedures, which are recorded during and after production run.
